A. M.’s Computer Centre introduced ACCORD to its clients as a remedy to TALLY’s (DOS version) limitation of billing, inventory, warehousing, manufacturing, export invoicing, export packaging list, etc. (the only software used at that time).

Furthermore, the relationship of A. M.’s Computer Centre as reseller with ACCORD was matured into the exclusive distributorship for entire India. |

Strengthening foothold within the national market and moving beyond was a big challenge. Furthermore, a founder director of ITL was invited by Motherson Sumi Infotech & Design Limited (MIND) at a strategic position. As a result, major restructuring was done at ITL and its leadership was given to the management of A. M.’s Computer Centre & A. M.’s Computer Consultancy. |

ITL also facilitated the business promotion of ICS India Pvt. Ltd. in UAE. |

Till late 2002, A. M.’s Computer Centre and its principles created various national & international success stories. |

Further, the research covered nearly 7000 entities including organized & unorganized businesses, national & multi-national companies, Semi-Government or Government undertakings, NGOs, etc. The study covered different challenges faced by an enterprise or an institution, be it large, medium or small. |

While keeping the required balance between the ongoing commercial and research activities,
A. M.’s Computer Centre developed different prototypes based on its research findings, well-segmentized according to the needs of the masses. |

The research was finally named as MASS i.e. Management & Administration Solutions & Services. |

2005 |

A. M.’s Computer Centre shared the research prototypes with A. M.’s Computer Consultancy. |

With nearly a decade’s working in the field of training, A. M.’s Computer Consultancy acknowledged the pressing need of such research-based prototypes for masses. The management proposed to conduct a beta-testing of the same in the name of CLIMB i.e. Career Line Institute of Multiple Businesses. They carried on the non-commercial training of these prototypes within their own national & international contacts and closely observed the outcome. |

2006 |

A. M.’s Computer Centre gave its consultation services to an India-based ACN Group of Companies, working in education, export-import, real estate, publication, health care, etc., for consolidation & revamping of its various units in India and abroad which were not performing upto the satisfaction of promoters. Few of them were making losses for a long time. |

Getting satisfied with the research prototypes & consultation services, ACN Group asked for the turnkey consultation for all the group units. |
 |
A. M.’s Computer Centre & ACN Group entered into a joint venture for fifteen months. |
 |
The JV was named as MASS SMCI (MASS being the name of A. M.’s Computer Centre’s research & SMCI i.e. School of Management & Career Improvement India Ltd., a shelved unit of ACN Group established for education & trainings in 1993). The JV aimed at: |

MASS retained the involvement of SMCI as a Strategic Alliance Partner and jointly executed few consulting projects in-line with business interests of ACN Group. |

After observing the performance of the consulting team; they often request for the trained individuals from consultation team to handle the particular work profiles. If consultants do so, it leads to their own asset loss. |
