Concept
The concept of MASS & CLIMB came to the mind of Mr. Ahmad Sayed Saood at a very young age. Born on February 27, 1970, Mr. Ahmad’s upbringing was full of challenges to nourish this seed well.
Family Factor
Maternal side – Leading Indian business group
Paternal side – Intellectuals & professionals
Upbringing
On Oct. 24, 1974, the young child Ahmad lost his mother
His father Late Dr. Syed Abdul Moid Zaidi played the role of both parents but the early loss of wife resulted in an over-shielding nature.
On Feb. 02, 1983, Dr. Zaidi also passed away leaving a 12 year old mind in a quest for basic necessities.
Mr. Ahmad resorted to the method of Hit & Trial as he faced the dire adversity, utilizing his nurtured skills to develop himself into a successfull professional. However, there was nobody to answer the questions starting from “who, what, where, when, why, how?’.
Guides
Lastly, he found two guides: Teachers & Time
Teachers’ guidance came with concern while Time’s offerings carried numerous shocks. He had no choice but to accept. However, he explored one option i.e. to learn, earn and grow.
As the saying goes “When you do your best in life, whatever happens is for the best”, his life incidents support it well.
Struggle
Mr. Ahmad started teaching at an age of 8 years by giving tuitions. From 1978 to 1983, it was a hobby. After father’s life, the same became need. Luckily, one teacher advised him to accept tuitions of only that standard in which he himself was studying. He firmly stuck to it. There was a practical problem that “Why the parents of students should trust his ability as a teacher when he himself was studying in the same standard?”  It prepared him well on logical presentation of his abilities to much elder and experienced people. During the classes, he closely observed the teachers from a tutor’s eyes to better handle his tuitions better.
The above-given situations paved way for the existence of MASS & CLIMB to facilitate the guidance to those who need it!
